The hotel offered a laundry service, so now I don't have to worry about cleaning my clothes while on vacation. They also have a bike rental, perfect for when I want to explore the surroundings and work off all the delicious food I've been eating. The free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was a nice touch.
I was really disappointed that they didn't have a personal butler to iron my clothes for me. How am I supposed to look fabulous without a perfectly pressed wardrobe?

The rooms at Villa Veron are so cozy! The wooden floors give a warm feeling, and the air conditioning is a lifesaver in hot weather. I love the modern bathroom with its refreshing shower and clean toilet. The balcony is perfect to relax and enjoy the view. Oh, and the flat-screen cable TV is a nice touch too!
Personally, I'm not a big fan of the free toiletries in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion, some people might enjoy it!

Lucky and his brother were the human GPS I didn't know I needed, the terrace was my little haven to escape the tourists, and the free Wi-Fi actually worked.
It's such a shame that the laundry service didn't include ironing my sarcasm into my clothes.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved by offering more variety.

Amazing location, close to center, old town, and beaches. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with great facilities including excellent Wi-Fi. The price was very affordable, and the optional breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff, two friendly brothers, were incredibly helpful, answering all questions and assisting with trip planning. They even offered to store my backpack after check out. Will definitely stay here again, the best accommodation in the area.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the lake and the old town. It was great to be able to explore these areas easily. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were able to recommend restaurants and provided us with a map of the area, which was really useful. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided.
That the air conditioning unit was positioned right above the bed, which meant it blew directly onto our heads during the night. This was a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast selection was good and regularly replenished by the hosts. The room was large and had a small balcony which was perfect for sitting out in the evening. The location was nice as it was away from the busy lake front. There was a convenient supermarket nearby and some reasonable restaurants within walking distance.
Parking was a bit of an issue as there was no hotel parking available and we had to park on the street. The rooms were dated and the cleaning wasn't up to par.
